Cait believes that every client is important, regardless of the time of day and excels at providing positive outcomes for all.
Having lived, owned and managed properties across Ballina, Lismore and surrounding areas over the last 15 years her knowledge and instinct for getting the most from a property has led Cait to understand what her landlords and tenants expect from her as an industry professional and she excels at matching the right tenants to the right homes.
When not at work Cait has a passion for renovation and design and her experience project managing renovations means she has a network of connections in the property industry to assist landlords to maintain and improve their assets for maximum returns.
Cait is looking forward to a long-term career in real estate, working with the award winning Nimbin Hills Real Estate.
